Karren's team at SMART Treatments once again provided a beautiful massage service for the retreat guests at my recent retreat in March. remedial massage

Remedial massage locates and targets specific muscles that are damaged, tense or immobile, using deep muscle and stretching work to accelerate the body’s healing process

Sports & deep tissue

Sports and deep tissue massages are tailored to your specific sporting discipline, and can involve a range of massage techniques, from soft tissue and fascial to trigger point release

cupping

Cupping uses heated cups to create suction on the body, increasing blood flow to aching muscles in order to accelerate healing

dry needling

Dry needling involves the insertion of very thin, sterile acupuncture needles into muscles in order to provoke a response that reduces inflammation and stimulates healing
